Red/Brand extensively renovated Craddock Cottage, a vintage 1896 Tufts's home, in 2016. The Craddock is located inside the historic Village of Pinehurst. The intention was to maintain the historic home's original detailing, balanced with all of the updated amenities expected by today's discerning visitors. Red/Brand and Craddock Cottage were honored by The Village Heritage Foundation and received an inaugural Historic Plaque Award for the renovation.
The charming main home is beautifully highlighted by a spacious backyard and a brick entertaining courtyard, complete with casual seating for outdoor dining and a gas grill. Adjoining the courtyard the Craddock offers the unique opportunity to experience a completely converted carriage house.
